Will this work with our price lists and our kind of requests?
You see it before you pay anything. Send us one quote you already did. We redo it from your own price list, then redo 10 recent ones, and show each next to what your team sent, marked Right, Different or Wrong. We start from CSV or XLSX price lists. Any other format is added with a written change to your plan.
Will my team actually use it?
Nobody learns a new system. Quotes arrive as drafts on your own template, your team reads them, changes a line if they want and says yes. The work they did by hand is already done when they open the draft.
What if it breaks, or we want out?
Nothing is charged until your tool passes the test in your written plan. You approve every result for 14 days. If two rounds of fixes do not get it there, you owe nothing. After it passes, any month it misses the test because of a fault on our side is free. Cancel anytime. Your price lists, rules and quote template stay yours.
Do we have to leave our quoting tool?
No. Quote Building sends drafts by email or PDF beside your current quoting tool, and you keep using it for everything else.
What happens when a request is incomplete or an item is not on our list?
Nothing gets guessed. An incomplete request gets a drafted reply asking for what is missing, and you approve it before it goes. An item that is not on your list is flagged for you to review.
What happens when a supplier changes prices?
Give the tool the new price list and every open quote that uses a changed item is re-priced with your margin kept. Each re-priced quote is held for your approval.
How is this different from configure price quote software?
Configure price quote software asks you to model every product and rule before the first quote goes out. Quote Building starts from the price lists you already keep and reads the requests that already land in your inbox.
What do you do with our files?
We use your files only to run your sample job. Black out customer names if you like. Files are stored in the United States and deleted within 30 days of your sample job ending, unless you ask us in writing to keep them for your build.
