Does it work with our distributors' price lists?
Quote Desk combines up to 5 price lists into one. Each can be a CSV, an XLSX or a feed we have connected before. Your sample job shows it on your own lists before you pay for anything.
Will our sales team use it?
Drafts arrive by email or PDF, beside Quoter or your PSA, so your team keeps the tools it knows. They review, edit and send. A quote never goes out without your yes.
What if a price is wrong?

What happens to the files I send?
We use your files only to run your sample job. Black out customer names if you like. Files are stored in the United States and deleted within 30 days of your sample job ending, unless you ask us in writing to keep them for your build. We never contact your customers, and we never use your files to train anyone's AI.
