Does it read the forms my board uses?
It reads purchase contracts, listing agreements, amendments and addenda, as PDFs or scans, on the forms your board and region use. You send deals you have already handled and we match each form to your sheet's fields. A value without a source line is not entered.
Is this real estate transaction management software?
No. Keep your transaction management system. We take on the reading and the chasing around it: your sheets fill in, your dates are flagged and your checklist shows what is missing, beside whatever system you run.
What happens to our clients' files?
We use your files only to run your sample job. Black out customer names if you like. Files are stored in the United States and deleted within 30 days of your sample job ending, unless you ask us in writing to keep them for your build. We never contact your customers, and we never use your files to train anyone's AI. The full terms are on our data page.
Do I need a call?
