How it is done today

The date you miss costs a full extra term.

Every contract hides a date that costs money when it slips by. Today those dates live in a spreadsheet, a memory or one person's inbox. Hand them to Due-Date Radar and your team gets that time back.

  • A renewal spreadsheet nobody updates
  • An auto-renewal you only notice a week late
  • Renewal notices buried in one person's inbox
  • Contract files spread across drives, each with its own notice window

How it works

Contracts in. Due-date list out.

Send a batch of vendor and client contracts. Get back the list of what renews, when, and who owns it.

  1. Step one

Step 1: It reads your contracts and inbox

Every renewal, expiry and notice date is pulled from your contract files and from the renewal notices that land in your email.

  2. Step two

Step 2: It builds the due-date list

One list with the contract, the notice date, whether it auto-renews and the owner. Every date shows the line it came from.

  3. Step three

Step 3: It emails the right person before the deadline

The named owner gets an alert before the notice date, with the date and the clause, so the decision is made while it still counts.

Who it is for

Built for businesses that live on renewals.

If a missed date costs you a term, a client or a penalty, the radar belongs in your inbox.

  • Insurance

Policy renewals and carrier notice windows for every client, flagged while there is still time to act.

  • IT services firms

Vendor, license and client agreements, each renewal and notice date in one list with an owner.

  • Leasing firms

Lease terms, expiries and end-of-term notice dates, caught before the term rolls over.

  • Property management

Service contracts, tenant agreements and supplier renewals, each with the person who handles it.

  • Security license renewals

When most of your renewals are security licenses, Due-Date Radar is the right fit: every license date found, every owner alerted.

Questions

What owners ask before they send contracts.

Will this work on our contracts?

You see it before you pay anything. Send a batch of your contracts or renewal notices and you get a due-date list back, every date with the line it came from. Redact customer names if you like.

Will my team actually use it?

The owners do nothing new. They receive an email before the notice date with the contract, the date and the clause. The full list sits in one place for anyone who wants to look.

What if it breaks, or we want out?

Nothing is charged until your tool passes the test in your written plan. You approve every result for 14 days. If two rounds of fixes do not get it there, you owe nothing. After it passes, any month it misses the test because of a fault on our side is free. Cancel anytime. Your contracts and your list stay yours.

Does it catch auto-renewals?

Yes. The list shows whether each contract auto-renews and the notice date in front of it, so the auto-renewal never arrives as a surprise.

What about renewals that arrive by email, not in a contract?

Vendor renewal notices in your inbox are read the same way as contract files, and each one lands on the same list.

Do you contact our vendors or customers?

Never. Alerts go only to the owners you name in your written plan.

What do you do with our files?

We use your files only to run your sample job. Black out customer names if you like. Files are stored in the United States and deleted within 30 days of your sample job ending, unless you ask us in writing to keep them for your build. We never contact your customers, and we never use your files to train anyone's AI. The full terms are on our Data page at garnilabs.com/data.

Do I need a call?

No call needed. Your sample, your plan and your results all arrive in writing. Want to talk it through first? Larry, our AI voice consultant, is free and answers any time at garnilabs.com/consultation.

Renewals are the first step. Add the next tools and the whole job runs itself.

Receipts Reader turns contract documents into data Due-Date Radar can use. Quote Building prices the work each renewal brings. A self-running platform then runs the whole renewal cycle for you.
