Terms and conditions

Garni Labs is the trading name of BASMADJIAN ARI PE, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Armenia, based in Yerevan, Armenia. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Garni Labs and "you" means the business that subscribes. Write to us at hello@garnilabs.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you subscribe, you buy from Paddle under the Paddle buyer terms, and these terms cover the tool we provide to you.

Each tool is software we host and run for your business. Your subscription gives your team access to it for as long as the subscription is active.

• Receipts Reader, Quote Building, Watch & Draft and Due-Date Radar: one tool per subscription
• The Quote Desk for IT and AV resellers: one Desk per subscription
• What each tool takes in, what it puts out and the test it must pass are set out in your written plan before we build
• We keep the tool running, updated and monitored while you subscribe

• The sample job is free. You send one past job and we show it to you done, before you pay for anything
• If the chore can be automated, we build the tool free on your own files
• You and we sign the written plan before the build. Requests outside the plan are new scope, quoted in writing
• One free build runs at a time. The next one starts once the previous tool is paying

• A card goes on file through Paddle checkout when your tool goes live
• The tool then runs live for 14 days while your team approves every result. Nothing is charged during the trial
• Billing starts when the tool passes the test in your written plan, or when the 14 days end with no problem reported to us in writing, whichever comes first
• We remind you in writing before the trial ends
• The Quote Desk setup of $1,490 is charged once, when the Desk passes its test. The annual prepay includes it

• If the tool fails its test, we get two rounds of fixes. Each round ends with a fresh test
• If the second round fails, we cancel the subscription and you owe nothing. The Quote Desk setup is never charged
• If a failure we caused lands late in the trial, we extend the trial once, by 7 days
• After the tool passes, any month it misses the test because of a fault on our side is free. Report it in writing within 30 days of that month ending and we credit your next charge

• Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year, until you cancel
• Cancel anytime, by email to us or from the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the tool stays on until the end of the period you paid for
• A cancelled subscription or a payment that fails and is not fixed switches the tool off

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Prices are in US dollars and listed on the pricing page. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies. If a price changes, we tell you in writing at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription.

• We host and own the tool, its code and its setup
• Your systems, your files and the results the tool produces for you stay yours
• Files are handled as described on our data page and in our privacy policy

Use the tools only for your own business and only with data you have the right to use. Do not:

• Use a tool for anything unlawful, or to process data you are not allowed to share with us
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of a tool or the site
• Resell or share access to a tool outside your business

We may pause a tool that is used in breach of these rules and tell you why in writing.

Every result a tool produces waits for your team's approval during the trial, and you choose what waits for approval after it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a subscription is limited to the fees you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.

We update this page when the terms change and show the date at the top. Changes that affect an active subscription are sent to you in writing at least 30 days before they apply.
