When you use our site, we may collect the following:

- Email addresses -- when you submit a form, subscribe, or book a meeting
- Conversation content -- messages you send through our AI chatbot
- Contact form messages -- the text you write when reaching out
- IP addresses -- logged automatically by our hosting provider
- Browser user agents -- collected alongside analytics data
- Cookie identifiers -- set by analytics and advertising tools
- Browsing behavior -- pages visited, time on site, click patterns
How We Use Your Information
- Responding to your inquiries and contact form submissions
- Providing AI-powered consultation through our chatbot
- Sending requested emails (confirmations, follow-ups, newsletters)
- Analyzing site performance and improving user experience
- Optimizing advertising campaigns and measuring conversions
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. Each receives only the data necessary for its function:
Anthropic
Receives conversation content you send through the chatbot. Used to generate AI responses. Anthropic does not use this data to train models.
Resend
Receives names and email addresses for transactional email delivery (contact form notifications, confirmations).
Google Analytics
Receives anonymized browsing behavior -- pages visited, session duration, traffic sources. IP addresses are anonymized before processing.
Meta / Facebook
Receives browsing behavior for ad optimization. Email addresses may be hashed and sent via the Conversions API to measure ad performance.
Cal.com
Receives your name, email, and timezone when you book a meeting through our scheduling widget.
Vercel
Our hosting provider. Receives server logs including IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal web hosting operations.
Cookies
Our site sets the following cookies:

You can control cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit, or by adjusting your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
Data Retention
- Emails sent through Resend are retained for 30 days, then deleted.
- Analytics data is retained according to Google and Meta default retention periods (14 months for Google Analytics, 180 days for Meta).
- Chatbot conversation data is not stored on our servers. Messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing and included in email notifications to our team. We do not maintain a persistent conversation database.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
